Fresh and clean with simple touches of charm, the spacious 4 sleeper, family-friendly Pelican Beach Apartment is located within a minutes walk to the beach. No busy roads to cross ,no streetlights, no stress.
The 2- sleeper Balau Studio is ideally suited for a single person (or an easy-going couple).It’s compact and cutesy with all comforts except big couches and views. The perfect resting place after a day of sightseeing and mayhem .
Pelican Beach Apartment: 120m2
Refreshingly bright and spacious, this open-plan apartment sleeps 4 guests comfortably and is extremely popular with young families. There is a generous main-en-suite bedroom (shower and bath) with King bed and a walk-in wardrobe, and a second bedroom with twin beds and a separate 2nd bathroom (shower only). A double sleeper couch in an alcove off the lounge can sleep another guest (it's important to note that privacy is limited and therefore perfect for kids and teens).
A well-equipped kitchen, open-plan lounge and dining room lead into a secure garden with 4x2m trampoline, BBQ facilities and outdoor seating. Secure off-street parking for 2 small cars. Enjoy some basic comforts such as a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee percolator, DVD player, a library and Basic Satellite TV.
We provide linen and bath towels, good mattresses, feather duvets and a healthy dose of Atlantic sea breeze, all wrapped in the warm, relaxed atmosphere of our home. Children are welcome. Camp cot and feeding chair, beach umbrella available available at no extra cost.
Balau Studio: 32m2

Just a minutes' walk to the BEACH, this little nest is ideal for one or two uncomplicated travellers who need a safe ,warm and clean place to rest their weary heads after a long day of playing or working hard.
Essentially it's a 32m2 open-plan-all-in-one kind of a room (except the WC;that’s private )with double bed, WC/shower and a well-equipped kitchenette /lounge with starter packs of soap, sugar, tea, coffee, toilet paper washing up liquid and refuse bags. The area opens onto a quaint outdoor breakfast courtyard. Linen is provided. Open-View HD TV only but there is a great selection of DVD's to choose from.Secure off-street parking for a small car. Plenty of secure space outside to store surfboards, SUPS, fishing gear and bicycles.
Although there are no views, Balau is perfectly located within a minutes' walk to the beach, a fifteen- minute walk to the best local Del or Pub, assorted eateries and the world -famous surf breaks right on our doorstep.It's an excellent place to base yourself if you want to explore the Cape Peninsula.
Balau is an apartment attached to the main house but has a private entrance with secure under cover parking.Access is via a remote controlled gate.
