Cape Adventure Zone provide a package which lasts from 4 to 5 hours and departs daily. They provide a pick up and drop off from the city centre as well as snacks and drinks along the route. It is important to note that A fair level of fitness is required.
When packing for your hike remember to pack a daypack with sunscreen, a waterbottle, Walking shoes or Trainers, a Warm Jacket or Windbreaker, a Camera, Sunglasses, a Hat, and Snacks or Energy drinks.
