The Cape Town International Kite Festival
The Cape Town International Kite Festival is held in Muizenberg, Cape Town, South Africa. It is proudly hosted by Cape Mental Health. It is an annual festival and is rapidly becoming more and more popular amongst locals and international visitors with well known names getting involved. The Cape Town International Kite Festival is jam packed with fun for everyone, exciting children's rides and lots of entertainment for all ages. There's a variety of food stalls, a craft market, kite making and of course kite flying. If you have never seen this event, make a point of coming and experiencing it for yourself. The kits alone are an eye opener. The time spent designing and making the magnificent kites is incredible and the variety of colours and designs is spectacular.
The festival is open from 10am to 6pm with plenty to see and do.
