Town Lodge where comfortable, affordable self-catering accommodation in Simon's
Town can be enjoyed.
Suspended above the ocean of beautiful False Bay with excellent beachfront
position and all day benefits of the sun. In season the whales frolic in front
of the house where you can watch them from your armchair.
It is a double storey house with endless panoramic views and consists of 2
spacious apartments rented separately or together. 1 upstairs unit and 1
downstairs both have their own entrances and is extremely private. All recently
redecorated where the feeling of the sea echoes in the crisp, cool décor with
hints of warmth to keep you alert to your environment.
All Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

The upstairs self-catering Sea View unit offers:
2 bedrooms - 1 with Queen Sized Bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is a large
bathroom with bath, shower, 2 toilets and 2 basins.
An open plan lounge, dining and kitchenette opens onto a balcony with
magnificent, uninterrupted ocean views it has a relaxing hammock to soak up the
African sun, outdoor wooden furniture and a Weber Braai.
The kitchen is complete with gas stove and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and
kettle. All cutlery and crockery for 4 is provided.
There's a variety of TV channels for lazy afternoons after a long day at the
beach.
The Glencairn Beach is safe for swimming and is a 50 meter walk; enjoy a
romantic walk on the beach at sunrise or sunset.

The Garden Villa It is a large self-catering house:
It has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - 2 en-suites and a separate bathroom
with bath.
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated - 2 bedrooms have Queen Sized beds, 1
a double bed and 1bedroom has 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer,
dishwasher and under counter oven, hob and extractor. Microwave, kettle and
toaster. Cutlery and crockery for 8 provided.
There is a built in braai and a weber braai, a sheltered seafacing patio
overlooking the Glencairn Beach has a large wooden table and chairs to enjoy
morning breakfasts and evening braais, this leads onto the garden.
Children are most welcome to enjoy a magical seaside holiday and to Enjoy the
unique lifestyle that our wonderful village has to offer. It is perfect for a
peaceful family seaside holiday!
It provides a free and happy atmosphere, where sandy foot prints on the floor
are welcome reminders that guests are at home.
Wash off that beach sand under a hot shower, the perfect end to a perfect day.

We are ideally located to explore the must see attractions and delights of the
Western Cape from Cape Point to the Wine lands. We are near the Historical Naval
Town of Simon's Town and
Boulders Beach, famous for the African penguin colony.
A little something for everyone! Play golf, watch the whales, and immerse
yourself in the tranquility of the ocean. Enjoy!!
