Fynbos and Food Event
The Fynbos and Food Event is held at the Good Hope Nursery near Cape Point. The event is well supported by locals and visitors and will be held on Easter Monday's Family Day. The whole family will enjoy the day of events on offer. Bring the whole family and invite some friends to celebrate the day with you. There is a variety of activities from music, arts and crafts, delicious foods and loads of entertainment for the children and adults. There will be pony rides, jumping castles, face painting and a playground where the children can enjoy themselves.
There will also be a tea garden where you will get the chance to try and enjoy Fynbos and flower foods.
Be sure not to miss out on the guided Fynbos walk where you will enjoy the outdoors and learn about the surroundings and the Fynbos in the area.
The emphasis of the event is on the local produce, fynbos and the food. You can expect to enjoy a large variety of stalls which will include leather work, woodwork, fresh baked breads and cakes and organic fruits and vegetables.
