Buffelsdrift Conservancy

Buffelsdrift Conservatory
Buffelsdrift is a very well kept, naturally beautiful and popular destination which is also conveniently close to Pretoria and Johannesburg and less than an hour away from the International Airport.

The Buffelsdrift Conservatory attracts a large variety of bird species as well as many other animals and plant life. Not far from Buffelsdrift Conservatory is the interesting Cullinan Diamond Mine which is known world wide for its 3108 carat stone called the Cullinan Diamond. The Cullinan Diamond Mine is still fully operational and public tours, including underground tours are available.

Buffelsdrift Conservatory is in the Pretoria region and therefore enjoys a moderate climate with hot summer days and cooler evenings with most rainfall as thunderstorms, lightening and hail. The winter months are cool to very cold.
