The National Zoological Gardens in Pretoria is the largest zoo in the country. More than 600 000 people visit the Zoo annually. It is a popular activity for locals and visitors alike.
The Friends of the Zoo Fun Run/Walk is a great way to enjoy the Zoo with the whole family. Everyone is invited to take part. Enjoy walking around the Zoo looking at everything. The circuit is enjoyable and peaceful. It is a short and fun 5km route which may be run or walked. This event is held every third Saturday of the month. There is no need for bookings or registration and you may enter on the day at 6am. The run/walk starts promptly at 6:30am.
Don't miss out on this event. Be sure to mark the dates on your calendar. The whole family can enjoy the outdoors. There will be refreshments on sale after the event so don't rush off, relax afterwards, meeting new people and enjoying the festive atmosphere.
