Two Oceans Aquarium

The Two Oceans Aquarium in V&A Waterfront is one of Cape Town's top tourist attractions.

Kelp Forest Exhibit:
- mellow out to serene music and the to and fro motion of a live kelp forest

Atlantic Ocean Gallery:
- dozens of cold-water fish exhibits
- including a Touch Pool with sticky anemones and prickly sea urchins
- examine tiny marine creatures under a microscope

Indian Ocean Gallery:
- see colourful corals and tropical fish of the Indian Ocean
- beautiful collection of damsels, butterfly fish, boxfish and angelfish
- learn about the adaptive purpose behind these dazzling colours

I&J Predator Exhibit:
- giant 11m wide and 4m high aquarium
- see sharks, manta rays, giant leatherback turtles glide past
- Feeding time:15h30
- Shark Feeding Sun 15h30

Diving:
- Scuba qualification required
- dive in the 2 million l Predator Exhibit and swim amongst the raggies
- dive and feed the fish in a Kelp Forest
- take a Copper Hat Dive in a 19th century diving suit

Sappi River Meander:
- milkwood forest and educational display

Penguin Exhibit
- Penguin Feeding Times: 12h00 & 15h00
- waterfall

Holcim Activity Centre
- Daily puppet shows
- paint your favourite fish
- sing and dance with Peter the Penguin

Cape Fur Seal Exhibit
- Seal Feeding 14h30

Drive 1.3 km and turn right into the Two Oceans Aquarium parking area
