No 7 Southbroom Safari is self-catering flat in a safety complex in the Southbroom Conservancy. It is ideal for guests who is looking for comfortable stay close to the beach, a 5 minute walk, with sea- and breaker views, providing comfortable accommodation for 8 people.

The kitchen comes with Fridge/freezer combo, microwave, glass-top stove & oven and dishwasher & washing machine/tumble dryer combo. The living area is newly renovated and open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge is opening up out onto the large covered balcony with sliding doors, with a gas-braai, chairs to enjoy the view from and a dining table to enjoy a meal outside.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom comes with a double bed with an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms comes with 2 single beds each. In the lounge is two large couches which serves as two single sleeper couches.

No 7 comes with a lock-up tandem garage for 2 cars and an extra two open parking spaces is available. There is 24 hour security and electric fencing. A caretaker/manager stays on site. Beautiful gardens surround the building.

There is a flatscreen TV and full DSTV.

The apartment is close to restaurants and the small town. You will find golf-, bowls- and tennis clubs that is welcoming visitors. You can swimming, walking, horse riding, surfing, fishing, bird watching with small town hospitality. Oribi Gorge and Lake Eland with its 14-station zip-line is in the area.
