The charm of this villa lies in its position:
It has its own private pond, with waterfall. The balcony is in an idyllic position: in the water, with access only from the villa itself, private and peaceful: northeast facing, sunny in winter and shaded in summer. Perfect for those children too small to be out on their own! Wake up to the raucous noise of the giant kingfisher, and braai in the evenings to the croak of frogs, geese and ducks. Lie awake upstairs in the extra comfortable queen-size bed at night and wonder: are those otters you hear in the pond? The accommodation is comfortable, practical and well set out for family holidays, whether it is for two honeymooners, or the family with four children. The kitchen, living room area leads directly onto the full-width balcony, with braai, big dining table and seating for 8. Inside, there is another table, suitable for 4 to 6. There is ample crockery, cutlery, etc., with a double door refrigerator with a freezer big enough for a week's meat.

The downstairs bedroom is large, with two single beds that can be made up to king-size if preferred, and space for a cot or an extra fold out. The downstairs bathroom has bath/shower, basin & toilet. Upstairs is a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, basin, toilet, and another bedroom with queen-size bed. All linen is supplied, with the exception of your beach towels, (or perhaps your favourite pillows).

There is a carport for your vehicle. A maid is available if needed.

The villa is within easy walking distance of the beach and all amenities.
