Rates are subject to season, number of people and length of stay.

50% deposit secures your booking, balance to be paid prior check-in.

R1500 refundable deposit or balance will be refunded within 7 days, less breakage if any.

Cancellation policy
Deposits are non refundable and subject to booking alternative dates.

Arrival & departure times
Arrival 2 pm and departure by 10 am.
Early arrival, late departure can be discussed on availability.

Rules/Conditions
All guests to comply with San Lameer Estates rules.
Strictly 6 sleeper.
No smoking inside Villa, please smoke outside.
Guests are required to carry their own beach towels, dish cloths and dish washing powder.
Toilet rolls and soap are given on arrival.
R30 per day per vehicle.
