It is on the upper level of a secure complex on the beach at Woodgrange, Hibberdene.
There is a large pool with a communal braai area, the complex is set in indigenous gardens and each unit has also a demarcated parking bay.
Restaurants and the main Blue Flag Hibberdene beach are located within walking distance, as well as the main centre with ample shops such as Super Spar, Pick’n Pay, Chemist, etc.
Hibberdene has ‘pitch and putt’ 9-hole golf course and there are many golf courses located within a half hour drive.
Mountain bike club rides can be arranged.
Nature reserves like Lake Eland and Oribi Gorge, and the Wild Coast Waterworld can be reached within an hour’s drive.
