 This well-established self-catering simplex has recently had a facelift! We now boast two brand new bathrooms - both with showers only - new tiles throughout, new kitchen cupboards and gas hob to help you cope with power outages, updated kitchen wall tiles and a lovely built-in braai set in our attractive little front courtyard.

The simplex is situated in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of Greyville Racecourse and Royal Natal Golf Course, and only two km from the beachfront and everything else Durban has to offer. Close by are numerous shops and fabulous restaurants.

It has three bedrooms: the main has an extra-length queen-sized bed ("the best sleep in Durban") and is en-suite. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There is also a camper cot for our very youngest guests. All bedding is supplied. We also provide a towel in each bathroom - let us know if you require more.

The attractive lounge/ dining room is open plan with the kitchen. There is a dining room table seating six, and plenty of comfy seating in the lounge. We have DSTV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ample crockery, glassware and pots. There is an automatic washing machine, and the stove has a new gas hob, but an electrical oven. Off the kitchen is a fully-enclosed courtyard with washing lines. We provide cleaning materials and products in the kitchen and both bathrooms.

There is ducted air-conditioning throughout to ensure your stay in the summer months is cool and pleasant.

There is a lock-up garage and secure lock-up parking for a second car. The garden is small and private.

The whole simplex is secured with burglar guards and security gates, with outside lights for extra security.

This unit is NOT serviced, however, a maid can be hired at R150 per morning. A linen change is offered for stays of more than a week.

NOTE:
This is not suitable as a "party venue" due to its position in a quiet, well-to-do neighbourhood. No noise after 9pm, please.

We believe our prices, ranging from R600 / night for two people (using one bedroom) are excellent, but we are open to negotiation on longer stays. Chat to us!
