Just walk out of the gate of the complex onto the dunes and the vast sandy beach. Step onto the wide expanse of golden sand, also a renowned fishing spot, paddle along the waters edge to Warner Beach, where you will find a tidal pool, protected swimming and an area that always generates a beach holiday buzz.

Our spacious unit is fully tiled with modern new kitchen and two bathrooms, and being a privately owned flat, it is maintained in immaculate condition. The flat area is 115sq metres and accommodates up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a double bed, magnificent garden and sea views, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed and also a single bed. The large main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity basin and toilet.

The lounge is beautifully painted and comfortably furnished with a three piece suite, wall unit, TV, DVD player, sleeper couch and dining table and six chairs. The lounge flows onto an enclosed patio with fold back windows where you can relax, breathe in the sea air, and enjoy the garden and sea views. The unit comes with the option of aircon and full DSTV as optional extras.

All rooms have sea views, ceiling to floor windows, and are fitted with ceiling fans.

The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has a small breakfast counter, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron etc. There is more than adequate crockery and cutlery for your requirements. All linen, which is of quality standard, is provided with the exception of towels and dish cloths.

For your security you have the use of a lock up garage and the unit is situated in a secure complex with access gates.

There are communal braai facilities in the gardens. The local shops and restaurants are only a five minute walk away whilst the two shopping centres (Pick and Pay and Spar are 1km away). The shopping centres hosts ATM's, a chemist, butchery, Post Office, restaurants, etc. For golfers there are a number of prestige golf courses in the area and for divers it is a short drive to the famous Aliwal Shoal site.
