Triton Dive Lodge
Our accommodation ranges from two to four sleeper brick thatch cabins sharing 3 communal ablutions blocks, en-suite rooms, en-suite chalets and budget accommodation in a 6 sleeper wooden cabin, also sharing the 3 ablution blocks. We also offer secluded fully equipped self catering houses with two bedrooms, open plan lounge and kitchen, shower and toilet, deck/verandah, and private barbecue area.Spaciously scattered around the premises between the shady indigenous trees with large lawn areas. The rooms/chalets/houses are spacious and comfortable with an ethnic theme. All rooms/chalets/houses and ablutions are serviced daily. Triton is a haven for birds and ideal for nature lovers.
We have a decked under cover pool area to cool off during the day. Our communal kitchen is fully equipped and all cooking and eating utensils are supplied. Adjacent is our communal barbecue area where you can be assured of meeting many interesting people whilst preparing your meals. You don’t have to worry about dishes as we have staff to do that for you. If you don't fancy cooking why not enjoy a meal in our restaurant. Our bar is licensed and adequately stocked and should cater for most of your refreshment needs. So relax and enjoy a cocktail and the African sunset while you swop tales with your fellow guests. Browse in our curio shop or relax in our lounge with a book or magazine.
At Triton we offer all levels of scuba diver training from junior diver to advanced trimix diver and instructor courses plus all the different speciality courses and our instructors are certified with both the CMAS and PADI agencies. We are proud to have won the top trainers in South Africa for CMAS for five consecutive years. Visiting instructors are welcome to make use of our facilities which include a classroom and scuba diving training pool. Our instructors will gladly assist if required. We run courses on a regular basis and will take all the hassle out of organizing your course.

We offer scuba diving to all reef complexes at Sodwana Bay and have marks for +-100 different dive sites between 10 and 120 metres. There are several reef complexes In Sodwana Bay including two mile reef, four, five, seven, eight and nine mile reefs and each reef has many different dive sites to choose from. Quarter mile reef is home to the ragged tooth sharks between December and January where the pregnant females congregate. The chance for an encounter with these amazing animals is definately worthwhile.
Our dive masters, skippers and instructors are hand picked and trained personally by the owner to ensure that you have a safe memorable experience on every dive. You will find their diving and environmental knowledge to be vast and addictive and we are sure you’ll be back for more.
