This semi-detached town-house is one of 3 in the complex known as Pumula Woods. It is a double storey unit with one bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds, and the remaining 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen sized bed and the other in an open plan lounge bedroom with 2 single beds. The sleeping section is divided from the lounge by 2 screens.

There are fans in all the bedrooms and an air conditioner in the lounge. There are two bathrooms in this unit. One is on the ground floor, with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. The other bathroom is on the first floor and consists of a bath, shower, wash-hand basin and toilet.

There is an ample patio on the ground floor that opens out onto a sprawling lawn and garden area, The first floor lounge/bedroom also opens out onto a large patio with easy chairs for relaxation. There is a Weber braai on the patio, and a TV in the lounge, but guests should bring their own decoder.

The townhouse is within easy walking distance to the beach (not more than 7 minutes) and there is a communal swimming pool on site.

Umzumbe is a quiet village on the South Coast of Natal approximately 100kms south of Durban and an easy 1hour 30minute drive from the King Shaka airport. The attraction of Umzumbe is simply the stunning beaches and all associated activities and the quiet restful atmosphere of this beautiful piece of the eastern coastline. The closest shopping facilities are in Hibberdene which is a 5km drive north of Umzumbe. Here one will find a SPAR and a PICKNPAY. Further South, at about a 20km drive, there are 2 large shopping malls with the likes of WOOLWORTHS, CHECKERS, DISCHEM and all the major franchises, together with cinemas and restaurants.

The coast offers a variety of activities, the main attractions being ORIBI GORGE with its zipline and swing, DEEPSEA fishing, DOLPHIN and WHALE watching sea safaris and a host of other activities which are listed in the SOUTHERN EXPLORER magazine, available at most accommodation venues.
