• Shopping centres are roughly 1600m from the unit and includes a Pick and Pay, Pick and Pay liquor, Clicks, McDonalds, Fish Aways, Bluff meat market amongst others.
• The very popular Galleria Shopping Centre is 15km from the unit where all major retail shops can be found, also a movie house and games arcade.
• Durban is 30km from the unit.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED, this includes birds in cages, reptiles or fish.

• Breakage fee of R1000.00 is payable, this may be refundable after inspection, depending on the condition the unit was left in.
• Staff is only to make beds and sweep floors, they are not allowed to do any dishes.
• If anything is broken, or any marks on the bedding, or anything not left in the same state you received it, it will come from your deposit.
• There is a R500.00 cleaning fee if the unit is not in the same condition as you received it, especially if we have to hire someone to clean dishes.
