The apartment is within a fully secure, beachfront complex and includes one undercover parking, next to unit and complex offers trailer-parking facilities. The complex has a swimming pool, tennis court, laundry facilities and BBQ's areas.

Constructed on a prime beachfront site - metres away from the beach, beach walk pavement, tidal pool and Whale watching pier. Situated 10 min walk to the main Margate Town Centre, which provides numerous restaurants, shopping facilities from select shops to supermarkets and entertainment facilities.

This apartment provides the perfect venue to engage in adventure activities, or to simply fall asleep to the sound of the surf from both lounge and main bedroom.

The South Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal is undoubtedly one of South Africa's most popular, and growing, holiday destinations. The jewel, described as being the coastal town of Margate. Experience the adrenaline rush with Lake Eland situated in the Oribi Gorge shadow. The extreme zip tours and zip line is an experience you can only live out on the South Coast. For the not so adrenaline junkies, take a leap over the suspension bridge or through the nature reserve with giraffes, buck and lots more wild life.

The ground floor, sea facing, fully tiled end unit, is wheelchair friendly, and comes with 1 double bed main bedroom with sea view. The second bedroom has two double bunks. Bathroom has large walk in shower, basin and toilet and unit has a second guest toilet with basin facilities. Enclosed patio also has double sleeper couch. Kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, tumble dryer and many other appliances with laundry facilities on site. All linen provided. No towels provided. The flat has a flat screen TV and full bouquet DStv is included.
