Okavango Park

Okavango Park is an established industrial area near Kraaifontein in Cape Town’s northern suburbs, positioned within a rapidly developing corridor that connects the city with the Cape Winelands. Primarily known for its commercial and light industrial activity, the area plays an important role in supporting local businesses, logistics and manufacturing, while benefiting from excellent access to major routes such as the N1 highway.

Although Okavango Park is not a traditional tourist destination, its location makes it a convenient gateway to many of the region’s attractions. Visitors staying or working in the area are within easy reach of the Durbanville Wine Valley, where historic estates, scenic vineyards and award-winning restaurants offer memorable experiences. The nearby Bottelary Hills Conservancy provides opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, birdwatching and enjoying the natural beauty of the Cape landscape.

Kraaifontein and neighbouring Brackenfell offer a range of shopping centres, restaurants and family-friendly activities, while the historic towns of Stellenbosch and Paarl are only a short drive away. Cape Town International Airport and the city centre are also easily accessible.

Combining industrial convenience with proximity to vineyards, nature reserves and cultural attractions, Okavango Park provides a practical base for exploring Cape Town’s northern suburbs and the surrounding Winelands.
