The Beach House is a self-catering boutique holiday house situated front row on the Golden Mile beach, a 4.5 km uninterrupted stretch of beautiful white coastline in St Helena Bay. Relaxing on the wooden deck, your toes could almost touch the sand and you might even see dolphins and whales frolicking in the waves nearby!
The house features a double volume open plan kitchen, dining- and lounge area with sea views aplenty.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 90 cm stove/oven/hob combination, double fridge/freezer with ice maker, dish washer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all cutlery and crockery. A large center island provides the ideal set-up for the preparation of gourmet meals.
The dining area has a built-in fireplace/braai and a pizza oven (bring your own utensils as none are provided for pizza making). A large curved screen smart TV can be found in the lounge and free uncapped wi-fi is available.
The Beach House can accommodate up to eight guests. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third a double bed. All three have en-suite bathrooms with shower, basin and toilet plus ample built-in cupboards. The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed, luxurious bath, spacious shower, separate enclosed toilet, basin and dressing room fit for royalty! Snuggle under the covers or soak in the tub whilst watching the sun rise/set over the ocean.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, all linen and towels are provided.
The double garage with automatic doors provides ample parking space for two vehicles.

Cancellations between 21 and 28 days prior to arrival, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations between 14 and 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be considered or paid.

Terms Of Payment
All quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A 50% deposit is payable within 48 hours of making the booking.
The 50% balance, plus a key & breakage fee of R 750.00 is payable 14 days before arrival. This fee is refundable 5 – 7 working days after departure.
Only the stated number of guests allowed.
For stays longer than 7 nights, fresh linen and towels will be provided. Should you require housekeeping at the same time or on additional days, this can be arranged at your own cost.
The guest hereby acknowledges that all rentals are subject to the following Terms & Conditions and that all guests will be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Upon paying your deposit you acknowledge your acceptance and understanding of these Terms & Conditions.
Check out time is strictly at/before 10h00 on the last day of your stay, unless otherwise arranged. Any unit that is not vacated by 10h00 will be subject to a surcharge of R 200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time. The surcharge is deductable from the Key & Breakage fee. The guest consents to this deduction.
Check in time is strictly between 15h00 and 19h00, unless otherwise arranged.
All Rates are no VAT at 0%.
St Helena Bay Break-Aways reserves the right to cancel and refund accommodation, or move guests to similar alternative accommodation for reasons beyond our control and not due to our negligence.
All quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking. A booking will only be confirmed once the full deposit amount has been received by St Helena Bay Break-Aways, within 48 hours of making the initial booking. Failing this will result in the provisional booking being cancelled.
The full outstanding balance, plus Key & Breakage fee, is payable by electronic fund transfer 14 days before arrival. No keys will be handed over until this payment has been made.
Payment: For direct deposits or electronic fund transfers, please pay the amount due into the bank account supplied on/before the due date. Banking fees charged for direct deposits will be deducted from the Key & Breakage fee prior to refund. Kindly use your initial, surname and the relevant property name (e.g. L Prinsloo – Kaia Titia) as reference and e-mail the proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
The Key & Breakage fee will be refunded to the guest by bank transfer within 7 working days after departure, excluding any deductions for damage, loss or late check out. The guest consents to this deduction. The guest further undertakes to leave the accommodation in the same condition as found at arrival. Should the unit be left in an unacceptable state (excessive dirty dishes etc.), the full breakage fee or part thereof will be deducted for extra cleaning services. The guest consents to this deduction. Please ensure you furnish us with your banking details prior to or upon arrival.
St Helena Bay Break-Aways acts as an agent for individual owners of units and is not authorised to make or agree to refunds for any reason. Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the rental property’s owner. In the event of a refund being agreed to by the owner, it will be subject to a 15% administration fee charged to the account of the guest. The guest consents to this deduction.
No parties of any nature (bachelor/ette, birthday etc.) are permitted without the advance consent of the owner.
