Santorini village is a 20 minute drive from King Shaka Airport. The main shopping precincts in Ballito namely Lifestyle Centre and The Junction are situated 5 minutes away from Santorini.
A minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. These deposits are non-refundable, unless under special circumstances, and at the discretion of management.
If reservation cancelled prior to check in within 4 weeks of arrival, deposit will be refunded at discretion of owner and on condition it can be re let?

Balance payable and cleared one week before arrival or in the case of December/January bookings – payments to be made by 3 weeks before arrival.
R1000 payable when booking deposit is paid which will be refunded once the inventory has been checked
No smoking permitted inside unit.
