Pecan Nut Guest House is named for the two large pecan nut trees in the back garden. The guest house is a small self-contained house situated in the old suburb of Scottsville. The house is ideally positioned close to the N3 highway, near the Golden Horse Casino, University of KwaZulu Natal, St Charles and St John's private schools, shopping malls and golf course. The house is let as a unit so you will have the place to yourself.
The accommodation is self-catering and is suitable for couples, a small family or business travellers. The accommodation is convenient for local events including the Midmar Mile, Dusi Canoe Marathon, Comrades marathon, Amashova, Art in the Park, The Royal Show and parents with children boarding at the local schools.
The guest house consists of three bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. There is a washing machine and laundry facility available.
There is a large garden with indigenous trees, a heated swimming pool and a braai with a pizza oven. There is also a grass badminton court at the top of the garden. There is no TV but free Wifi is available.
