Please Note: All bookings are subject to a R400 cleaning fee.

Payment may be made via EFT or deposit only.
50% deposit is required within two weeks of the booking (unless otherwise agreed upon);
Balance is payable within two weeks prior to arrival.
Late booking payment is subject to the discretion of the owner.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

The following cancellation terms and penalties will apply when a booking is cancelled:

25% of deposit for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival;
50% of deposit for cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival;
75% of deposit for cancellations made 7-14 days prior to arrival; and
100% for less than 7 days prior to arrival.

Time of arrival: 2pm
Time of departure: 10am

The owner accepts no liability for any injury incurred during the guest's stay, nor for any loss of property due to theft or negligence.
