Greenside 2 - Holiday Home is our dedicated guest house, while we, your hosts - originally from Switzerland—live just a few steps away in Greenside 6. Getting Here is Easy
As you may already know, a GPS-equipped rental car is essential for exploring South Africa and can be booked in advance from your home country, ready for pickup at the airport. From there, it’s just a 30-minute drive to Greenside.

The Best of the Cape at Your Fingertips
Within just a five-minute drive, you'll find an array of excellent restaurants and the large Somerset West Mall. The nearby seaside town of Gordon’s Bay is perfect for beach walks and swimming, and is also home to cozy dining spots like Cape Town Café and the famous ice cream parlour next door. Book lovers will enjoy browsing a huge second-hand bookshop tucked away in the area.

Wine lovers will be thrilled to know we are just 15 minutes from the charming town of Stellenbosch, surrounded by renowned wine estates such as Lourensford and Vergelegen. For a special experience, consider a picnic beneath majestic camphor trees, elegantly served at a white-clothed table.
