We offer a modern-contemporary building that has been carved into the mountainside and hangs over the beach/harbor with the ocean literally below us.

There are spectacular SEA and MOUNTAIN views from all areas.

You are so close that that you can literally hear the waves break on the beach and harbour walls.

The modern contemporary building is built a very large plot of  prime land with private terraces and lawns that provide you  with space and tranquility to enjoy your stay with us.

PRESIDENTIAL APARTMENT - 4 Bed/4 Bath, Sleeps up to 8 guests max at any time.    

Open plan lounge / kitchen /diner.

This apartment has sea and  mountain views from all areas. The main lounge has a 5 seater L shaped Leather sofa that face towards the 85 inch TV . It is  a smart TV with access to the sports channels & Netflix/ you tube etc  The second lounge area has 3 leather chairs and side tables that look out to sea via via the large Floor to ceiling Glass windows as per the photos.  The views are truly amazing .There is a large fully fitted kitchen with a double Ceasar stone worktop plus cupboards. Oven /microwave/ Fridge / washing machine & dishwasher complete the picture. Dining Area with 8 seater wooden table with glass tops for protection. Plus an additional large glass table that doubles up as an office table if required.                                                    

To the side it opens up to  an additional undercover wooden deck with large Leather sofa and outside bar area. There is a Large  additional terrace with a Proper Large braai plus tables and benches as per the photos. This apartment has x 3 access areas to the pool as follows…via kitchen / terrace + via main bedroom Balcony +Lower Bedroom sliding doors.

Fully equipped Kitchen/diner communicating with Open plan lounge + 2 comfy Chocolate Leather Sofas. These open out to a 50m2 wrap around balcony with patio furniture to relax.

Sea/harbour/beach & mountain views from every area.

This unit has x 2 braais for exclusive use by guests who rent this unit.

A Proper Private  braai in the grounds which has tables & chairs for guests to relax  & enjoy the spectacular sea & mountain views. Plus an additional  smaller smoker braai on the deck by the Kitchen entrance area as per the photos.

Contemporary modern interior design with Large porcelain tiles throughout. Kitchen with granite worktops. Stainless Steel washing machine/dishwasher/hob/oven/fridge freezer/kettle/toaster/microwave/coffee maker etc. Downlighters throughout whole apartment to complete the ambience you would come to expect from a property of this standard.

70 inch SMART TV with satelite access for DSTV / Netflix & you tube etc . Guests just need to put in their own passwords to access
