This unit is in a protected wetland estate that has abundant bird life and has good views of trees and the pond from the entertainment room. The apartment has four bedrooms, the main bedroom with an en-suite (full bathroom) and an additional full bathroom, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining room, a lounge, an enclosed large entertainment area and secure parking in a double lock-up garage.
