Cancellation Policy
60 days or more - guests forfeit 10% of full reservation value.
59 - 30 days - guests forfeit 20% of full reservation value.
29 - 8 days - guests forfeit 30% of full reservation value.
7 days or less / no show / early departure - guests forfeit 100% of full reservation value.

Terms Of Payment
A 50% payment is required to confirm booking, the balance to be paid with admin and breakage deposit at least 7 days prior to check-in.
An admin fee of R350 as well as a refundable breakage deposit of R750 to be paid.

No smoking in apartment.
