This apartment is situated directly opposite Addington beach on Durban's Golden Mile, and it is only a few hundred meters from the popular uShaka Entertainment Centre with its variety of restaurants, shops, as well as private swimming pools.

Otherwise, enjoy a walk or jog on Durban's famous promenade on the beachfront and which extends all the way to the Sun Coast Casino and Entertainment Centre.
This is a 3 bed, 3 bath apartment (2 en suites) and sleeps up to 8 people. You can enjoy views of the sea from the comfort of the main bedroom or the lounge. Alternatively, you can enjoy excellent views of the beachfront area from the spacious balcony. This apartment has a queen size bed in the large main en-suite bedroom. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed whilst the third bedroom (also en-suite) has a double bed as well as a modern sleeper couch. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms, there is a further separate toilet and bathroom facility that is conveniently located.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a well maintained, neat and safe block of flats called Tenbury. This is a secure facility with controlled access. Secure basement parking is available for 1 vehicle. However, there is generally parking available alongside the flat should additional parking also be required.
