This luxury unit is only 20 steps away from a private beach with 24 hour security. It is situated on the Magnificent Dolphin Coast only 10 minutes drive from Ballito and 29 kilometres from the King Shaka International Airport.

Catch the early morning sunrise over the Indian Ocean from your bed every morning. Watch the dolphins and whales frolic in the waves while you sip sundowners and have a braai on the patio.

The unit can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms with an additional single bed with an under bed in the 3rd bedroom. All the bedrooms have access to a sea facing patio. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an additional bathroom between the second and third bedrooms. All bedding and bath towels are provided. Please ensure to bring your own towels for the beach.

The lounge and dining room are combined and open up onto a patio with a private braai and magnificent view of the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove (handy during load shedding), dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. Daily cleaning of the unit is available on request. DStv and Wifi are included.

The unit has power backup with an inverter and 5kw battery to extend power during load shedding.

The complex has a beautiful swimming pool and communal braai area. There are three golf courses in the area: Zimbali Golf Estate, Umhlali Country Club and Prince’s Grant Golf Estate. There is easy access via the N2 highway to Ballito with its shops and restaurants.

For entertainment, movies and world class shopping, Gateway at Umhlanga is only 30 minutes away. uShaka Marine Park and Kings Park rugby stadium is a forty minute drive to Durban. There are several other activities in the area such as Quad Biking and Micro Light flights over the ocean at Ballito. Deep sea fishing trips are just around the corner.
