Sir Roy's Guest House invites you to enjoy up-market, country style accommodation set in a beautifully landscaped and tranquil garden.

Sir Roy's is situated in the treed suburb of Walmer and is close to the Airport, golf courses and is within walking distance of the up-market Walmer Park Shopping Centre, which offers a large variety of shops, restaurants, cinemas and other entertainment. The beachfront is only seven minutes drive away.

Accommodation
The Guest House offers superior accommodation with individual and tasteful decor.

Each unit has its own private entrance. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, TV with M-Net and a bar fridge, all designed to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. A sunny guest lounge is also available where many acquaintances become long standing friends. All rooms have Wi-fi.

Dining
English or Continental breakfasts are served in the relaxed setting of the dining room, which offers a view of the leafy garden. Home-cooked evening meals are available by prior arrangement. Over and above the B&B rates, self catering are also available for units offering kitchen facilities.

Our very competitive rates have become popular with businessmen and tourists visiting Port Elizabeth.

We have the facility to convert our entertainment room for either conferencing or corporate functions, dinners or small weddings.

Approaching Port Elizabeth from Knysna on the N2
Take the William Moffat Expressway off-ramp and at the top turn right. * You will be travelling along Disa Road and once you cross over Cape Road the name changes to William Moffat Expressway. From the off-ramp to your next turn is approximately 6 km, where you turn left into Main Road. The next turn is 12th Avenue where you turn right and we are the second house on the right.

Approaching Port Elizabeth from East London on the N2
Stay on the N2 which forks to the right as you approach Port Elizabeth. Take the William Moffat Expressway off-ramp and turn left at the top. You will follow the instructions as above from the *.

From the Airport to the Guest House
At the exit from the airport, turn left and travel to the next set of traffic lights and turn left into Heugh Road. Travel up to 6th Avenue and turn right. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights into Main Road and travel up to 12th Avenue and turn left. We are the second house on the right.
