Situated on the popular Margate Golden Mile beach, 9 Don Juan is a
self-catering, third-floor unit.
On offer are three cosy bedrooms comprising a main en-suite bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a second bathroom with shower. All linen is supplied, just bring your own towels. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There are stunning sea views from the balcony and the main bedroom; the ocean is so close you can hear the waves breaking. The complex has a DSTV dish only, but for guests without a decoder, local channels are provided. Bring your own decoder and card for full viewing of all the DSTV channels. For the 'braaiers' there is a dedicated braai area in the complex.
Enclosed splash pool in complex, but if you want to feel the sand between your toes, small swimming beach and tidal pool in front of complex. 10 Minutes easy stroll to the Margate main swimming beach and centre of the town.
One undercover parking is available for the unit and then there are allocated visitors parkings within the complex. The unit is not serviced, but can be arranged on request. The unit will be serviced before your arrival and after your departure.
Margate is a popular South Coast holiday resort, with Blue Flag beach status. This area provides a natural haven for a multitude of tropical fish species and an abundance of coral reefs which allow for excellent scuba diving and snorkelling.

For the adrenalin junkies there are abseiling, wild swing, river rafting at Oribi Gorge

Important Safety Notice: The unit is situated on the third floor and parents with small children must be aware that because of a high balcony and window safety, the onus is on the parents to ensure the safety of their children at all times.
