This modern upgraded flat overlooks a secluded bay and the new fishing pier in
Margate, it is aprox. 350 meters away from Margate's main "blue flag" swimming
beach and offers the most exquisite and breathtaking breaker sea views and sun
rises right on your doorstep. The flat also offers easy access to the beach and
pier and is within walking distance to the shops & restaurants, the complex have
electronic gates and are well secured.
Our unit offers three bedrooms (two queen size beds & 1 bedroom with two x
double bunker beds)
and two bathrooms; this unit comfortably sleeps eight people and is well
equipped. It also offers one undercover parking bay and one open parking bay on
site, a spacious verandah with built in gas braai which opens out from the
lounge and main bedroom with breathtaking views of the beach and Margate's new
fishing pier.

Riverbed Croc Farm near South broom is home to more than 200 Nile Crocodiles.

hatching demonstrations are a natural phenomenon also not to be missed.
