Vulamanzi which means "place of open water", etc. down to diving and snorkelling can stay.

We now have 7 cabins. There are 3 cottages that sleep 4 people consisting of 2 hand carved bunk beds and a sleeper couch in an open plan room, fully equipped kitchen with 2 plate stove, small oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, etc. The "honeymoon suite" is a delightful cottage with double bed and small kitchenette. Under each cottage is a private toilet and shower. The main cottage sleeps 8 and consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed the other with 2 bunks), fully equipped kitchen with undercounter oven and hob, leather lounge suite and toilet and shower en-suite. There is also a new a 2 sleeper cabin. TV points in all cabins and therefore guests can bring their own tv . There is 2 sleeper cabin with 2 single beds ( can be pushed together ) that has it its own private bathroom with a partial sea view .

Each elevated cottage has a verandah where you can relax and enjoy the view of the ocean, or if you are not afraid of heights, you can relax on one of the view decks and watch dolphins, whales or you may even glimpse our resident turtle. There is a chill out area under the main cottage where you can enjoy a few sundowners or gather around the braai and talk about who caught the "wave of the day" or the "catch of the day"!

WiFi available for guests.

Please Note: Small allowed pets by arrangement and out of season only.

Things To Do:

We  have  3  great golf  courses  namely Scottburgh , Umdoni and Selborne  in our area all  in close proximity to Vulamanzi.

When the surf is cooking you can ride 4 to 6ft waves that rival the worlds best. If the easterly wind is pumping the kiteboarders are in their element. Fishing of course is an "all weather" especially when the shad are biting, and for divers the reef offers an abundance of crayfish!

Swimming pool and trampoline facility available.

Visit the nearby Crocodile Farm which offers not only crocodiles but a wide variety of birds and snakes. Cultural villages are also neary where you can browse amonst the locally made produce, or you can visit the weekend flea markets that offer a host of homemade and traditional crafts.

Scottburgh town is only 10 minutes away with a newly renovated shopping mall, swimming beach with water slides and mini golf.

Pennington is 5 minutes away also with a newly renovated shopping centre and beach front coffee shop.
