| Terms Of Payment |
| 50% of the duration of stay will be required to confirm the booking once the dates have been confirmed by both parties. Rest of the balance and breakage deposit of R900 must be paid at least 14 days prior to the book in date . If the booking is made within 14 days of the arrival date, the full amount will be payable. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellation fees of the total 50% deposit ,will be applicable, if the cancelation is within 1 month of the booked date, except With December/January bookings, a cancellation fee of the full 50% deposit will be applicable if the cancellation is within 6 months of the booking date. |

| Rules/Conditions |
| There are no more then 6 people (including children) and no pets are allowed to live in the accommodation. A fine of R600 per person extra per night, will be applicable if there are more then 6 people or any pets in the house (in the case of pets, that was brought in without our knowledge, the guest will have to pay for fumigation and cleaning extra, to the total of what the quote will ad up to. If any of the House Rules are not met, your stay will be terminated without any refunds. |
