Dwaalboom is situated in Limpopo in South Africa. It is a small community bushveld town with one Primary School. This area is mostly bushveld and not much else. The Pretoria Portland Cement Company Ltd (PPC) has launched an expansion plan and it includes Dwaalboom Cement Factory. The project is called “Batsweledi” which means “growing into the future”.

Dwaalboom isn’t very popular as a holiday destination but there are many game lodges, reserves, health resorts and spas in the area which are great relaxing getaways. The game reserves offer many exciting activities from game drives, hunting and hiking. Some of the wildlife you will get to see are the rhino, lion, cheetah and many more.

Climate:
Dwaalboom is situated in Limpopo which enjoys a lovely climate all year round. The summer months are sunny and very hot with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius. The hot days are usually ended with afternoon thunderstorms. The winter months are also sunny during the day with temperatures dropping considerably in the mornings and evenings.
