Terms of Payment
Payment of a 50% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the booking with the balance due 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is refundable if timeous notice is given.

Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival from 14h00 and Departure by 09h00

Please note that the Aston Bay complex is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly - there are stairs up to the unit

Bookings by unsupervised students and/or groups of young people are not accepted.
We allow a maximum of 6 occupants in our apartment (including children).

No smoking and no pets allowed.

We do not provide WIFI.
