- A Booking is secured with 50% deposit.

- Balance of confirmed booking payable 30 days before arrival for High Season. Other seasons 2 weeks before arrival.
- Bookings/Last minute bookings to be settled in full 48hours to 72 hours before arrival. Proof of payment to be sent to us via email (please enquire for email address)
- Public holiday/s/long weekend /weekend and longer stay dates. Proof of payment to be sent, emailed to owner.

- Refundable key/breakage fee R500 for Mid & Low Season and long weekends/weekends/public holidays.
- Upon vacating please send your banking details for the refundable breakage deposit to our email address.

- If a reservation needs to be cancelled it will only be done if a cancellation notice is received in writing and not less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, will forfeit deposit (50% of total)
- Cancellations within 14 days of booking, will forfeit total amount (100%)
- Changes resulting in a shortened stay within 30 days of arrival, penalty of 50 % per cancelled day

- Parents of matriculants are welcome. No students unaccompanied by parent/parents will be allowed.
- *** Strictly NON-SMOKING unit. Please kindly smoke outside. Thank you, much appreciated!!!
- Only a maximum of 4 people can sleep comfortably in our cottage. (Max 2 adults & 2 children or 4 adults). Please be advised that the key/breakage deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found utilising the premises and will be asked to vacate immediately.
- An indoor smoking fine of R500 will be deducted from the key/breakage deposit.
- *Please wash off all Sea Sand outside - by the outside Shower attached to the Entrance wall. The sand blocks the drains.
- Please note that a cleaning fee could be deducted from the key & breakage deposit if the cottage is left with excessive dirty dishes and / or linen or any other in a unsatisfactory state.
- ***Please do not move the indoor furniture or take anything off the unit's site.
- N.B . ***We work on an honesty basis. Please report anything that is broken by you/ yourselves/family to us Thank you !!!
- Additional occupants are not allowed and only day visitors are permitted.
- Motorcycles and quads may be used for specific transport only and not to be used for recreational use on the common property or the beach.
- Foreign objects or substances such as motor oil & /food etc must not be disposed of through the sewerage system/ inside or outside drains.
- Please be considerate at all times. Unruly behaviour or noise from people, vehicles, radios, TV's, musical instruments etc will not be tolerated. There are fines for the above from the Home Owners association which will be charged for your account.
- Tents are not allowed anywhere on the property or on the beach.
- Fires, or fireworks, are not allowed on the property or on the beach.
- Fires should be contained within specially constructed braai facilities.
- ***Parking of cars, trailers, caravans or any type of vehicle on common property or on other owners parking for bays without their permission, or roadways is strictly prohibited, including short period visitors.
- Refuse must not be placed directly into dustbins but in green or black bags.
- Gardens and yards to be kept neat and tidy and free from debris at all times.
- Beach access is only by the two pathways.
- A valid fishing license is needed.
- Swimming in the pool or in the ocean is at your own risk.
