Perfect for a holiday with family or a weekend trip with the lads. Amazing view of the beach and outstanding golf course. A must if you’re in the area!!

Very big home with fantastic views look out onto the ocean below. Quiet during this time of year and plenty of golf to be played as well as an outstanding halfway house. Fabulous way to spend a holiday with friends.

I went with a couple friends and we had the best time! Easy access to the beach, very safe estate and a lot of activities to do around the estate. There is an amazing view from the balcony. Even saw whales and dolphins from the house. Definitely would go back again!

Recently stayed here for a long weekend! House slept 10 of us comfortably with plenty space in the house. The pictures don’t do this house justice, the view is second to none and all the facilities are excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will certainly be back - excellent value for money!

We had the pleasure of staying at Ocean Vista for a 42 year old friendship reunion between 8 friends. Five of the ladies are celebrating their 60th birthdays this year. Ocean vista suited us perfectly as each one had their own bed and bathroom. (NO bunk beds or sleeper couches - yay!) The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The verandah is wonderful with spectacular views of the ocean. We spent most of our time on the verandah. There are many stairs to negotiate when going to bedrooms but if anyone is not able to cope with all the stairs there is a double room off the courtyard on the pool level. Would highly recommend this beautifully appointed home at Princes Grant.

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Vista in December. Princes Grant is the ideal getaway for the whole family and Ocean Vista has one of the best, if not the best view on the estate. The house is very spacious with more than enough room for the extended family. The beds are comfortable and there is a very user-friendly open-plan living area. Early morning on the verandah watching dolphins play in the surf was certainly a highlight. We will definitely return.
