| Terms Of Payment |
| A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is payable 28 days prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| The 50% deposit is only refundable if we are able to get another booking to cover the dates of your booking at the same rate. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Check-in arrival time is 3pm. Guests are requested to leave at 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be possible if we don't have new guests arriving however this must be agreed in advance of arrival. |
| Rules/Conditions |
| Princes Grant does not allow pets on the estate due to it being a protected nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife. Strictly no smoking inside the house. No more than the agreed number of guests may sleep at the property. The Princes Grant estate has the authority to fine guests if this occurs. |
