The full amount must be settled at least 60days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 60days before arrival the full amount must be paid to confirm booking. All quotes are only valid for 48hours.

KEY DEPOSIT: Payable with final payment before arrival and refunded within 14 days via EFT.

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES. ONLY WRITTEN CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Cancellations less than 90 days from check-in but more than 60 days from check-in, a cancellation fee of 15% of the booking amount will apply.
Cancellations less than 60 days but more than 30days from check-in , 50% of the booking amount is payable.
Cancellations less than 30 days from check-in has no refund.

VISITORS: Visitors at extra cost. All additional cars or extra visitors must be cleared with owner prior to arrival.

PETS: NO DOGS/CATS are allowed a FINE OF R1000-00 PER ANIMAL AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES WITHOUT REFUND.

SMOKING: NO SMOKING are allowed inside the building, a FINE OF R1'000-00 WILL BE LEVIED AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES WITHOUT REFUND.

LAUNDRY: NO laundry services on premises a FINE OF R1000-00 WILL BE LEVIED if laundry is done on premise.

No roller-blades skateboards, scooters, bicycles are allowed on paved areas.

NOISE: No noise after 23h00. At all times music radios and TV must be played so that only you can hear it.

All arriving guests will be required to report to owner. Failure to do so will result in a Admin fee of R1'000-00 being charged.
