| Reservation and Confirmation: Right of admission reserved Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or payment. Full payment is required upon check-in. Occupancy: Room occupancy is limited to the specified number of guests per room. Additional guests may incur extra charges. House Rules: No smoking is allowed inside the rooms or common areas. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Facilities and Amenities: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its facilities during their stay. Lost keys will result in a R150 fee for replacement. Swimming pool: Swimming pool to be used at own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Minors to be supervised by adults at all times. The establishment, its owners, employees, and agents, can not to be held liable for any person’s injury or death, loss, destruction, or damage while using the swimming pool. Pool hours from 08h00 to18h00 Swimming towels available on request. Please refrain from using room towels for swimming. Cleanliness and Respect: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas. Respectful behavior towards staff and fellow guests is required at all times. Liability: The guesthouse is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay.
