Dreams is rented out as a full unit sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The normal minimum stay is 2 nights and 3 - 4 nights during long weekends. Over Christmas or New Year minimum stay is 10-21 nights, please enquiry. Bed linen and towels are available at a once off R60 per person per stay and various Wi-Fi packages can be supplied. |

| Terms Of Payment |
| To secure a booking 40-60% cancellation deposit is required. The full payment/balance is due not later than 30 days before arrival. A refundable breakage/cleaning deposit of minimum R 1000, maximum R3500 (depending on length of stay) is requested. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| In case of cancellation we will try to re-let and if successful will refund the balance less any expenses. If unable to re-let we reserve the right to keep all money received except refundable breakage/cleaning deposit. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Arrival and departure times as per arrangement. Flexible upon agreement subject to availability but in general: Arrival from 3 pm. Departure not later than 10.30 am. |

| Sorry, no smoking, pets or visitors allowed. Dreams is suitable for mature and responsible guests looking for a relaxing getaway/holiday. Dreams is not suitable for partying. Guests are required to sign a booking/conditions of stay form to confirm the booking. Please Note: When less than 6 guests staying discounts might be given.
