Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while keeping our calendar reliable for all guests.

CANCELLATIONS:
- Full refund: Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Partial refund (50%): Cancel between 3 - 7 days before check-in.
- Within 72 hours of check-in: Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds, as it becomes difficult to rebook the dates at short notice.

AFTER CHECK-IN:
- If your plans change after arrival and you need to leave early, we're not able to refund unused nights. However, please reach out - we'll always try to help where we can.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS:
- If you book and need to cancel within 24 hours, and your check-in date is still at least 7 days away, you'll receive a full refund.

IF WE NEED TO CANCEL:
- In the rare case that we must cancel your reservation, you'll receive a full refund and we'll do our best to help you find an alternative stay.

UNEXPECTED EVENTS:
- For major unforeseen situations (such as natural disasters or travel restrictions) we review requests individually and aim to be as understanding and fair as possible.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
- Any security deposit will be fully returned after your stay, provided there's no damage or excessive cleaning required.
