| Cancellation Policy |
| To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking, are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be SUBLET, including premature curtailment. Check in time is from 2pm.-14h00- Earlier arrivals can be negotiated Check out is STRICTLY at 10am on day of departure-50% KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD FOR LATE DEPARTURES Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or "non arrival". No persons other than those CONFIRMED and arrival notification send to security, are permitted to share accommodation, unless by PRIOR arrangement made at least 48 hours prior to arrival, in writing. This will be subject to the amount of people the unit will allow. No access will be given to any additional persons- No day visitors allowed. |
