Minimum Stay: 5 Nights
Booking Deposit: Usually 50% of the total cost, paid upfront to confirm your reservation and hold the dates.
Refundable Breakage/Damage Deposit: Per night charge, returned after inspection, if all in order.
Key Deposit: A small amount for keys, being R600.00

- Less than 7 days notice: Forfeit full deposit.
- 7 to 14 days notice: Forfeit 75% of deposit.
- 14 to 21 days notice: Forfeit 50% of deposit.
- 21 to 28 days notice: Forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Important Notes:
- A 7% administration fee is charged on all refunds.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to be eligible for a refund.
- Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will result in immediate departure with no refund.
