|To confirm booking a 33% % deposit required if arrival date is more than 31 days from|
date when the booking starts.
FULL PAYMENT DEPOSIT REQUIRED if booking is made within 31 days of arrival
The outstanding balance for all bookings is due before or on the day of arrival.
|Deposit of 33 % or full payment is required to confirm a booking and deposit or part thereof will be refunded less any costs (or less a minimum administration deduction of R500) providing the booking is canceled in writing 60 days or more before arrival date.|
COVID 19 deposit refundable up to 10 days before arrival if unable to travel due to covid 19.
Deposit will be non refundable should cancellation be within 60 days of arrival and the unit is not let for the booking period or part thereof. (We will try and on sell your cancelled booking. Any rental income received for this period of your cancelled booking will result in a pro rated repayment of deposit, less costs, (and less a minimum administration deduction of R500 ) payable to you after the final departure date of your canceled booking.)
If you do not cancel your booking in writing 31 days prior to arrival, you will be responsible for the balance of the hire period.
Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures, with no exceptions.

|Check in time is from 2pm to latest 9pm . Unless other wise arranged and confirmed with owners|
NB. We do not accept arrivals later than 9pm unless prior arrangements have been confirmed by management
Departure time is by 10 Am Latest
|Rates are per apartment/night and not per person (all taxes and vat inclusive).|
Kindly report any required/missing items/utensils or equipment that is not in good condition as soon as possible so they can be repaired or replaced.
No smoking in suites allowed. Please ask for an ash tray and smoke outside.
No noise, BBQ or staying outside talking and drinking on patio or around units after 9,30pm.
Any breakage/damage to Ascot Gardens property is payable to management before departure by the person responsible for the breakage or the person paying for the unit. Kindly report all breakages as they occur so we can provide the correct replacement.and maintain our 3 star standards.
Right of Admission is Reserved. Occupancy only allowed as per confirmed number of persons and beds provided when booked.
Rates, discounts, terms and conditions subject to conditions and availability and may be changed at any time, without notification.
We do not charge a breaking or clean up deposit fee. We therefore expect you to use the dish washing liquid provided to WASH AND PACK AWAY YOUR KITCHEN UTENSILS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE.
Your signature on this form acknowledges that you will be charged a clean up fee of R 200 , if on departure , the crockery in the unit is left unwashed and not packed away, or if the kitchen and or unit is left in a unacceptable dirty state.
Due to circumstances, owners/management may change the suite originally confirmed for you for any reason. Should this occur you will be accommodated in a similar standard and priced suite or a larger more expensive suite at no extra cost to yourself (or credited with the difference in price for exchanged units, should we are only able to accommodate you in a lesser standard type suite.
Guests/s and visitors attend/stay /visit /occupy an Ascot Gardens unit or the Ascot Gardens property, at their own risk.
Ascot Gardens Accommodation cc, The Nut Trust , Barry Edkins their agent/s and/or employee/s ("the Proprietor") shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claim of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.
By signing the reservation form, or confirming the booking via email, phone, personally or paying any amount of deposit, the guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify, the proprietor against any claim which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor's defaults, negligence or otherwise.
