Allegro Guest House offers guests beautiful rooms in the suburb of Bayswater
The guest house offers guests seven individually themed luxury en-suite
rooms. The rooms are furnished with double, queen-size or king-size beds and the
en-suite bathrooms consist of a shower or a bath each. Linen and towels are
provided, as well as electric blankets in winter. Rooms are equipped with TVs
with DStv, as well as tea and coffee facilities. Guests also have Wi-Fi access
and rooms are wheelchair accessible. Two of the rooms have private balconies and
three rooms have private lounge areas with desks.
Breakfast is served in the modern dining room and guests can make use of the
bar facilities. For your comfort a laundry service is available and secure
parking is provided. In summer guests can cool off in the swimming pool.
Bloemfontein offers a variety of attractions and guests can go hiking in one
of the nature reserves, enjoy a round of golf at one of the golf courses, visit
the Bloemfontein Zoo, visit museums or go shopping and dining throughout the

50% deposit is required within 48hr to secure the booking when made.
50% of deposit will be paid back if cancellation is made 30 days before arrival.
The full deposit will be forfeited if the confirmed reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Terms Of Payment
Cash, internet transfers and all major credit cards are valid payment methods. Cheques are not accepted.
Reservations are accepted on a per person basis and not a room basis. Rates are therefore subject to the number of people that occupy a room. The names and relationship to the Guest of the additional persons sharing the room must be provided when the reservation is made. Children from the ages of 0-4 stay free of charge.
Bookings can only be confirmed if the guesthouse receives a 50% deposit on accommodation, or valid credit card details with authorization to debit, along with the Guest name, surname, number of persons sharing each room, cell phone number of the Guest, confirmed payment method and expected time of arrival of each Guest.
Discounted rates will be revised should the duration of stay be decreased or interrupted or payment terms not be adhered to.
The Guest retains personal liability for the bill until the employer, agent, or person that made the reservation on his or her behalf has settled the account.
The maximum refund value under any circumstances is 80% of the charge. Refunds will only be made after payment has been finally cleared by the bank or Credit Card Company. This process can take in excess of 30 days.
The reception desk is open from 07:00 to 17:00 Monday to Fridays and 08:00 to 10:00 on weekends and public holidays.
Subject to availability of rooms, persons interested in booking accommodation and wishing to view the guest house beforehand may do so provide a room is vacant.
Security & Storage
Although the guesthouse takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of Guests and their possessions, Guests retain final responsibility for their own safety and security. Keep rooms locked at all times and place valuables in the safe provided. Upon check out please leave the safe open and room locked.
The guesthouse does not provide storage facilities for personal belongings or vehicles.
Loss or Damage to Guest House Property
The Guest retains personal liability for any loss or damages caused to the property of andante and Altissimo Guesthouse (excluding wear and tear).
The guesthouse cannot be held liable if any of the following events or conditions prevents the guesthouse from fulfilling its obligation to Guests. The guesthouse will take all reasonable steps to minimize disruption and discomfort to Guests under these conditions.
Unanticipated interruption to the electricity, water, sewage from or on the guesthouse property.
Industrial action, civil uprising or criminal activity.
Fire, frost, flooding, subsidence or any other force majeure event
