Keys will not be handed over unless the booking is paid for in full.

The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit.
All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
1. No refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival UNLESS the specific unit is re-let for that time period.
2. In the event of an earlier cancellation a 50% cancellation fee will be forfeited unless the accommodation is re-let for the full period.
3. There will be no refund should you leave earlier than the period you booked for.
4. A non refundable booking fee of R500.00 is applicable for each booking.

Deposits will be kept as a credit for future bookings valid for one calendar year from date of first deposit or

As a result of lockdown 50% of total amount invoiced will be applicable/forfeited unless the accommodation is re-let for the full period.

No tenants under the age of 18 are permitted without parental supervision.
No matriculants, students or rage bookings are allowed.
Overcrowding is strictly monitored.
The maximum number of persons occupying the unit may not exceed the number of beds (6).
Failure to adhire to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund, breakage/key deposit fees will be given.
Regret NO pets allowed. Body Corporate rules.
Regret NO smoking allowed inside the apartment.
No meetings or any other form of parties are allowed.
Therefore we request that you adhere to the normal municipal bylaws that pertain to such an area, in particular with regards to noise levels and music after 22h00.
The owner is in no way liable to the tenant or his/her family or visitors for any personal injury sustained or loss/damage of personal belongings and/or motor vehicles, which may occur, while the tenant occupies the apartment.
When the premises are left unattented all doors and trellidoors should be locked. Failure to adhere to this could result in the tenant being held liable for any loss incured.
This also pertains to night time, once you go to bed. All windows and doors/sliding doors must be locked and secured.
THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL IS AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE TENANT.
Under no circumstances are any items belonging to the property to be removed from the property during your stay for the exception of beach umbrella and beach chairs.
No furniture or matresses to be moved around or used outside on the patio.
Prior to departure , please ensure that the apartment is locked and left in the same condition as it was on atrival.
We takes care to ensure that the TV and all appliances are in working order.
Faulty appliances and TV will be attended to A.S.A.P and no refund or discounts will be made in this regard.
The owner takes NO responsibility for personal belongings left behind in the unit booked.
The North Coast is experiencing a boom in building and construction. We cannot guarantee that someone in the area will not have a sudden urge to revamp or rebuild his house/property. Whilst we can tell you the current status of the neighbours/surroundings we cannot predict the future and will not be held accountable for building disturbances of any shape or kind.
The whole of the Dophin Coast has had severe water restrictions. Please keep water usage to a minimum.
Linen, duvets and cushions are provided.
Tenants must supply their own bath, beach and kitchen towels and toilet requirements.
This flat will be serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays.
The recovery fee for lost keys is R500.
ON RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE ABOVE CONDITIONS OF LETTING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT.
