This new and modern holiday home is a 1 minutes footpath walk through fynbos
to Stanfords Cove, a secluded beach, ideal for swimming and kayaking. The 3
storey house with its stunning seaviews, spectacular sunsets and whale watching
(Jun - Feb) from balconies has a splashpool, enclosed garden with large lawn,
alarm system and consists of the following:
Ground floor:
- 1 Kingsize en-suite, bath & shower, seaview.
- 2 Queensize en-suites, 1 with shower, 1 with bath.
- Fully equipped kitchen with 90cm gaselectric stove, fridge/freezer,
microwave & dishwasher
- TV room with DSTV (please bring own card) and DVD player
- Lounge leading on to undercover balcony with braai and seaviews
- Dining room
- Automated double garage
First storey:
- 1 Kingsize en-suite, bath & shower, seaview
- 1 Queensize en-suite, with shower, seaview

Stanfords Cove, De Kelders,
is the ideal spot to relax. Get away from the stresses & strains of daily life
and enjoy the nature and beautiful scenery. It is world famous for its
unbelievable whale watching as well as Great White Shark cagediving. There are
several cheese and wine farms in the area, golfing in Kleinbaai (10 minutes
drive), a seaside hiking trail, cave tours and a variety of restaurants within
5km drive. Hike to the nearby Walker Bay Nature Reserve ("Die Plaat") with caves
of archaeological interest and white outstretched beaches ideal for surfing. A
shuttle service from Cape Town airport to Hermanus with car hire in Hermanus is
also available.
No pets and no smoking allowed, only outside and on balconies. One set of
bedlinen per room will be provided. Beach towels can be supplied on request.
Prepaid electricity for the duration of the stay is available from Superspar or
711 in Gansbaai, 5km away, where fresh fish can be bought in the active harbour.
A once off cleaning fee of R250 will be charged with every booking. Can also
arrange for a daily cleaning service if required. This home may not be used as
an events venue without permission from the owner.
