Spatalla is situated in Kleinmond, a vibrant little town known for its beautiful Blue-Flag beaches and unspoilt stretches of wilderness. Spatalla has been furnished uniquely, enhancing exclusivity, privacy and perfecting Overberg living!

Spatalla is a luxuriously furnished private residence that offers the finest finishing touches including:

Four spacious bedrooms with private balconies - all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is a separate guest toilet downstairs.
The double Garage has direct entrance to the house. Spatalla has a 24 hour armed response and full alarm system ensuring peace of mind. The property also has a back-up generator to provide electricity in the event of a power outage. There is also Wi-Fi facilities to keep connected to the outside world.

With a fully equipped designer kitchen that consists of a gas hob, electrical oven, extractor, microwave, prep bowl and plenty granite surfaces, it is almost impossible to have a bad meal. The scullery consists of double basin, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and double fridge/freezer.

The residence has a central entertainment system that plays your choice of music throughout the house and includes Apple TV, DVD player, HD DSTV to mention a few.

Spatalla has two main entertainment areas each with their own, unique atmosphere for the different climatic conditions that the Overberg is so well known for.

The downstairs entertainment area consists of an open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen area and cigar lounge which leads onto the overflowing swimming pool, garden and deck area. Downstairs you will find an indoor gas braai, wine chiller, bar fridge, ice-maker, outdoor chess set, outdoor patio set with loungers which will guarantee a total state of relaxation. Turn on the music and lay next to the pool with the splash of water in the background.

The upstairs entertainment area consists of a readers lounge with its own mini-library, indoor fire place with braai facilities and Bar area that opens onto the grass covered balcony. Here you can sip on a glass of wine with a spectacular array of scenery and endless views of the surrounding mountains and coastal area whilst sitting on the outside loungers including a day bed to offer the ultimate Overberg Living experience. Needles to say, this area forms part of the central entertainment system and offers residents the option to play their personal choice of music and TV selection without disturbing anybody downstairs who chooses to listen or watch something else.

Spatalla caters for the energetic and leisurely alike. Go golfing, horse riding, cray-fishing or shark cage diving, or just sit back and relax with one of the delicious local wines, or a great book on the beach. Eateries of all types abound, and the bounty of the local fields and waters add much to the local flavour.

Once over these mountains, you'll find everything you need for a wonderful stay, whatever the duration.

    Any cancellation made by the applicant, for whatever reason, shall first be made telephonically and then in writing. On receipt of such notice we will endeavour to re-let the holiday home for the entire period of the original booking. There shall be no on the Lessor to obtain replacement tenants in the event of the Lessee cancelling the booking.

    a) Should we re-let the holiday home when full payment has been made, payment is refundable.

    b) If we is unable to re-let the accommodation when full payment has been made, the full payment will be lost, but the inventory deposit will be refunded.

    Booking cancelled 14 days or less, day of arrival, during the stay or no show – FULL PAYMENT DUE.
    Booking cancelled 14 – 28 days before date of arrival – 50% OF FULL PAYMENT DUE
    Booking cancelled 28 days or more before date of arrival – 25% OF FULL PAYMENT DUE

    Prices stated are for cash, bank guaranteed cheques, direct Internet deposits. a) Reservations shall only be confirmed on us recieving payment of the full deposit, being 50% (or as otherwise agreed) of the total reservation amount. b) The balance of full payment, post cleaning fee and a refundable inventory deposit of R3,000.00 (or as otherwise agreed) of the full rental, shall be made 30 days before commencement of the rental, failure to comply on time will result in the cancellation of the booking. The deposit shall be retained by the Lessor, on behalf of the Lessee, until the expiration of this lease agreement and the vacating of the premises by the lessee and an inspection. The balance of the deposit, less any amounts deductible for breakages, shall be refunded to the lessee after 7 working days and not later than 14 working days after termination of the lease. Payment will be by EFT or direct deposit into the lessee’s banking account. c) Should a booking be made 30 days or less prior to the commencement date, the full rental amount and other costs, shall be deposited in cash or EFT payment into our account, on receipt of the signed Booking Form.
